So sick and tired of these bins blocking cars spots we all have to pay for parking yet but this guy continuously just turned his bins upside down and has now got concrete poured into buckets blocking two cars spaces this is a criminal offense we get charged if we fly tipping .. it but yet this guy seems to just do this constantly and if someone goes out, he screams at them and tells them that he’s got these reserved and yet there is no vehicles we are all looking for vehicle spots we paid for parking in our community and yet this guy seems to think that he can just do it. FIX OUR STREETS We pay taxes
