Bodnant Gardens - Tipper truck parked over double yellow lines
Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1285011-P2G5H4.
The tipper is full of waste and has not moved for at least 4 days. It looks like it has been dumped. It is parked on a double yellow line. I have seen the same scenario with old tippers in other parts of Merton. They fill them to the brim and dump the vehicle for the council to deal with. It's MOT report has a very long list of faults. Who knows what toxic items might be on board. Eventually other people will start to fly tip their own rubbish on top.
