Broken Thames Water utility cover on Thornton Road
Reported in the Faulty Manhole Cover on a Path or Pavement category anonymously at 19:31, Tuesday 2 June 2026
Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1285013-Z3S5X7.
My 6 year old son noticed a broken Thames Water utility cover outside #13 Thornton Road which is broken in two parts causing a trip hazard for young children and the elderly.
The hole is quite deep, so poses a risk of injury.
