Constant mess from tree

Please can you properly sweep the street and road around no 19-23, it is constantly messy with the tree leaves, moss and general rotting mess from the tree. It is dusty and gets in your through and then when it rains is it slushy and dirty mess. The previous street cleaner Richmond did a wonderful job, whereas he gone please.
