Traffic chaos at school pickup time. Danger to pedestrians.

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1285338-Z8J9D6.

Headteacher out on the road trying to move cars on. Can we get traffic enforcement to help. Also can we get double yellow lines, not single yellow? Head is complaining as well as local residents.

    If there is a fault with the road or pavement, a highway officer will visit to inspect the site within five working days. If we decide it’s an emergency we will make it safe within 4 hours following the inspection. If it is not dangerous, we will resolve it within 28 days following the inspection.
