Large puddes and very damaged pavement

I reported this problem back in November 2025! I have been in touch with Go Ahead Merton Bus garage and they say the issue is Merton Councils responsibility. I have contacted local councillor Eleanor Stringer, who is also raising the issue with the Merton Council Streets department. There is a health and safety issue as pedestrians have to walk in the road to avoid the puddles and buses.

    We’ll inspect it within five working days. Repairs are usually carried out within 28 days following inspection. If we decide it’s an emergency we will make it safe within 4 hours following the inspection.
