Black spray paint graffiti has appeared on the external brick wall of The Lodge, Byegrove Road, SW19 2AZ, adjacent to the public park. The graffiti is clearly visible from the public highway and detracts from the appearance of the area. Please could this be inspected and removed as soon as possible. A photograph has been attached.
