Overgrown pathway

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1285832-Z8T9G9.

The pathway between Darlaston Road and Savona Close is overgrown by trees and with significant plant debris on the ground. It is difficult to pass through for anyone taller than 180cm, and the tree overhang is destroying the fences and affecting the pathway surface.

  • The pathway has been somewhat cleared but the trees and plants on either side are still growing over the pathway and mean anyone over 1.8 m tall has to stoop and avoid vegetation to walk through. The fences - particularly on the north side of the street are collapsing and in very bad repair.
