Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1285914-T5R6P4.

Disabled bay is no longer in use. Resident bay person has now deceased. Please convert bay to normal parking so other residents may utilise The extremely busy resident parking area. The parking bay was specifically in use for a specific number at haydon park road . This resident has now deceased so no longer needs the disabled bay.
