Huge amount of fly tipping

The condition of this road is disgusting, the fly tipping by the residents of Brickfield Rd never ends. Day after day they dump rubbish and it's just left there. There is now a rat problem as I've seen numerous rats running in and out of the pile of rubbish. Please can this road be cleared and can efforts be made to ensure it stays cleared.
