Missing CPZ sign, Damage to Footway

Missing CPZ sign which has been removed every since number 81 Fortescue Road have been undergoing building works and illegally parking on Christchurch Close. Builders have massively damaged the footpath there, often block it with materials and leave rubbish everywhere
