Double yellow lines restored incorrectly

The double yellow lines have not been reinstated to the same extent as the pre-existing Traffic Regulation Order and original road markings (see attached images comparing the current and previous extents). The previous markings extended further from the junction but appear to have been shortened following Thames Water works, during which the lines were not correctly reinstated and have since been re-marked inaccurately.
I would therefore request that the double yellow lines be reinstated to their previous length. The current arrangement does not provide adequate safety for vehicles emerging from the junction, as visibility can be obstructed by parked cars. There has also been accidents in the past at this junction where drivers exiting have been unable to see approaching traffic, causing the approaching vehicle to crash into parked vehicles opposite the junction.
This location experiences relatively high traffic levels at times, as it is used as a cut-through from West Barnes Lane, further increasing the importance of maintaining clear sight lines at the junction.
