Dead tree

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9652189.

Tree outside 50/52 Melrose looks dead. Reported it in March, started bearing leaves but now looks finished. Needs replacing by the look of it, i am watering it but so far nothing.
