New pedestrian crossing?

Good afternoon, I would like to request consideration of a new pedestrian crossing - either zebra or pelican (both have their advantages and disadvantages) - as it can be unsafe crossing the 2-lane street, where some cars can drive (or seemingly even exceed) 30 mph.

  • Thank you for reporting a problem with a road or pavement.

    If there is a fault with the road or pavement, a highway officer will visit to inspect the site within five working days. If we decide it’s an emergency we will make it safe within 4 hours following the inspection. If it is not dangerous, we will resolve it within 28 days following the inspection.
