Boundary Road - smelly brown water coming up from crack in road

There are a number of cracks on the road surface and water foul smelling water is coming out of the cracks and pooling by the curb. Thames water have said there is no issue with the pipes.

If we decide it’s an emergency we will make it safe within 4 hours following the inspection. If it is not dangerous, we will resolve it within 28 days following the inspection.
