Tree outside 28 over hanging pavement ,blocking disabled sign, pavement raised at the wall , this has not been dealt with why have Merton council marked with closed ?

    This tree was reported 15days ago nobody has been round to check the condition ,it is overgrown people are finding it difficult to get past on the pavement,you are asking the public to report problems but nothing gets done .
