Melrose Avenue several trees completely overgrown

Multiple trees along Melrose Avenue are overgrown and it forces me to walk my baby in the road, as I can't fit out pram around them. Even when I walk with him in the carrier I have to duck around them. I can see several complaints have been made about these trees on the street over the last few months and nothing has been done, even though you state the matter will be resolved within 30 working days.
