Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1289120-N1L0J9.

I reported a missed Paper and card collection on the 9th July which was due to be collected (ref: 9761932) and the report has been closed with no action/collection. There is also no follow up option to the closed report.

My other collections due on the 9th July were collected with no problems so not sure why they didn’t also collect the paper and card.

    Merton provides and maintains over 1,000 public street litter bins across the borough. We emptied litter bins over 360,000 times in the year 2024/5, and received only 188 reports of bins overflowing. That's less than one report for every 1000 empties.
