This street tree is very overgrown. It hangs completely down and can cause damage to your eyes and head as you have to crouch down low to walk through it. Some of the Tree is touching the pavement. Also it is safety concern at night as that side of the pavement is in complete darkness, this needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
