Vehicles going too fast

Every time I walk down this path, from Fleming mead to the tandem centre, I am almost in an collision with a moped or a electric bike/scooter and most recently a small car like contraption again a variation on a electricpowered bike. Just now a moped nearly hit me because he was going to fast on a blind corner. It’s not safe, especially not for kids and i realty take my son this way anymore because it more like a road than a path! Can you help?!!
