Beckway Road Dead sapling tree

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9769968.

A new tree recently planted at the junction with Northborough appears dead. I have watered it the past few nights but unfortunately I think its too late. It doesn't have one of those water spouts you can pour directly to the roots so any watering is difficult and somewhat slow. Sadly, I think my efforts are too little, too late! 🫤 Can it be replaced?
