Increasing amounts of rubbish due to NO bins

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9780648.

Entrance to dog section and by bench in lynmouth gardens. Rubbish near dog entrance since beginning of month. Rubbish near bench - since Friday. Why were bins removed, there used to be one on both ends , Garth road and lynmouth Avenue.
