Dangerous trip hazard on Martin Way

This trip hazard has not been repaired for many weeks. It must be on the council's database because a white line has been sprayed around the paving slab.

It is on the kerb, opposite the main entrance to St James Church.

Please can this be made safe before someone has an accident.
