Their Bin's were emptied Wednesday, as you can see they are never put back into their Garden! My Sister uses a Walker and I have a Pushchair! It's a Nightmare! Very Selfish and Inconsiderate! Please Sort out ASAP!

A highway officer will visit to inspect the site within five working days. If we think the obstruction may be dangerous based on the information you give us, we aim to inspect the site within 2 hours. If we decide it is dangerous, we will resolve it within four hours after inspection. If it is not dangerous, we will resolve it within 28 days following the inspection.
