Overgrown obstructive tree

I would like to report a serious road safety hazard regarding two overgrown trees in Pollards Hill. The first is located opposite the Pollards Hill Youth Centre by the pedestrian refuge island (photos attached). The saplings growing from its base completely obstruct the view of passing cars; pedestrians have to step into the road to see if it is safe to cross, and drivers cannot see waiting pedestrians. This tree has already been was reported to FixMyStreet, by someone else in May (FixMyStreet ref: 9504878.) Additionally, there is a second tree causing the exact same visibility issue located by the Pollards Hill Wellbeing Centre. Could this please be looked into urgently? I have escalated to the local councillors too.
