Planter obstructing drivers and Zebra crossing needed

While they may not impact SUV drivers the planter boxes are creating a hazard to drivers in smaller cars who are unable to see on coming traffic. They need to be move closer to the building and away from the curb. There also needs to be a pedestrian crossing in this area. The keep clear is ineffective and there are too many near misses.

    A highway officer will visit to inspect the site within five working days. If we think the obstruction may be dangerous based on the information you give us, we aim to inspect the site within 2 hours. If we decide it is dangerous, we will resolve it within four hours after inspection. If it is not dangerous, we will resolve it within 28 days following the inspection.
    We can take legal action against people who cause obstructions to roads, pavements or footpaths.
