Faulty gas manhole cover . Has been a problem for some time. Sticking up and really dangerous. Needs fixing immediately

If we decide it’s an emergency we will make it safe within 4 hours following the inspection. If it is not dangerous, we will resolve it within 28 days following the inspection.
