Hatfeild mead bin waste infront of Number 73

I hope this email finds you well, Firstly I would like to commend Merton for thier hard work ensuing bins are collected, however on the same sentence I would also like to bring to your attention that twice a week when the bins are collected there is a foul smelling substance that is leaking or left outside our door once bins are collected. This breeds insects, bugs and generally leaves a bad smell which is very unhygienic, we have little children in the house and awaiting a new born and can not step outside due to this. Furthermore they block our entrance often making us late for school and work! Please advise them to park beside the bins only and clean up residue to prevent pests and keep the place hygienic.
