Hamilton Road - Pollen and other stuff from tree coming into flat

The tree outside our flat constantly drops pollen and other stuff onto our balcony and into our lounge. We have a 11 month old baby who is crawling through the flat and picking up these droppings which causes a health concern (despite me clearing them as and when I see them in the floor). This has been an issue for a number of years now however we feel it needs to be addressed now due to the health risk for our son. It is a very overhanging tree which we can even touch from our balcony! Please help, thank you
