I see it's been reported 2 WEEKS AGO and nothing it's been done. Are you guys waiting to someone got tripped over?

    If there is a fault with the road or pavement, a highway officer will visit to inspect the site within five working days. If we decide it’s an emergency we will make it safe within 4 hours following the inspection. If it is not dangerous, we will resolve it within 28 days following the inspection.
