Hitting cars as we drive in

This tree we have to keep chasing for it to be cut way back as recently we had a large trunk break lose and blocked the road. Council had to come out that night. This tree needs cutting back as it is scratching cars as we drive in and out. Also the leaves are blocking our drains and guttering when the leaves fall. Every year we have to chase to have this cut. It is now down to the the pavement and road
