The tree directly outside my house is encroaching on my property blocking light and touching my windows

These trees were ALWAYS. pruned yearly but more recently they have been left to grow and are in disproportion to the houses. The overhang onto my property is considerable touching my windows and dropping honeydew on everything at the front. It significantly blocks my light leading to needing lights on during the day. Generally the tree overhang in the street interferes with my safe walking with my rollator as having to dodge branches. I have made this point for several years now but the trees are still not properly contained and risk root damage to property for which the council will be liable. I’ve lived here nearly 30 years and like the trees but they have become monsters small birds are being replaced by crows so I think the ecosystem is now out of kilter too. I have asked informally for this to be adresse without response hence now I am raising this as a formal complaint I am happy to speak to someone. My specific tree is directly outside no 21 but it’s also a wider issue
