Hardy Road builders using pavement

95 Hardy Road builders have used the pavement for carpentry and masonry work over the last week. Apart from blocking pedestrians from using the pavement it creates rubbish and dust. Also, there is a fowl smell coming from the front of the house either caused from rubbish dumped on the front garden or from the portable toilet. Please can you inspect this. Very inconsiderate builders working at this site for nearly 12 months now.
