I have reported this last week and its still not been done reference given was 9878434 and its dangerous, my elderly neighbour has stepped into it as i did when first saw it and hurt my foot. Its the drain cover and all what was done was a piece of flimsy polystyrene placed on it which falls in

Round drain cover missing Dangerous People getting their feet stuck as they have stepped into it.

Been like this over a week

Piece of flimsy polystyrene was placed in it which isn't fixing the issue
