Cottenham Drive

Reported via desktop in the Other Roads or Carriageway issue category anonymously at 15:57, Tuesday 4 August 2026

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1291996-T7S6L7.

Parking bays obstruct visibility near to the bend.

Request that you remove some of the parking bays on the left of Cottenham Drive, between Cottenham Park Road and Copse Hill. Many of the bays are not used at all, but when a car is parked near to the bend, it is very dangerous as visibility is obscured. Particularly notice at the moment, as there are roadworks on Copse Hill - Cottenham Drive is being used as a cut through. It is an accident waiting to happen. Thank you
