Dog poop in front of house, has happened several times before

There has been dog poop, not cleaned up in front of our house 44 ashbourne road. Today at 5pm upon exiting my house I caught a man and two small dogs, and one of the dogs pooped in the same spot we're been finding dog poop. I wasn't able to photograph it but you will find it in the cameras
