Garbage on Worcester Close

The tenants at 25 Worcester Close have piled all their garbage on the pavement and on the street. It has been particularly windy recently and most of the waste has been blown onto the driveways of neighbours. We have tried and tried to alert them to the issue and advise of waste disposal and garbage days and have been ignored. I watch them piling up the rubbish and then walking past it everyday.
