Ernle Road speed restrictor

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1292370-L1D5D7.

Two of the stones have lifted up and above the road surface.

I noticed this yesterday. More heavy traffic is using Ernle Road while Copse Hill is closed.
