Flytipping cigarette butts

Over the last 6 months kids are increasingly smoking joints and drinking under the trees at the back of the houses at Middleton Road. Often me and my kids will clear up the beer bottles and cans but I’m fed up of doing this and we can’t possibly clear up all the joint and cigarette butts. Thanks
