Waste including multiple black bags, fridge freezer and picture dumped by zebra crossing on Bond Road. Fly tipping is happening here multiple times per week and needs proper investigation and prosecutions as well as cleaning. The pavement here is now filthy from the repeated waste dumped by the bin.
