37 Willows Avenue overhanging tree by at least 1 metre and a-half, which is obstructing the pavement for wheelchair and pedestrians to walk through. Because of this, pedestrians have to walk on the road to pass through. This has been reported before and nothing has been done about it. This is a matter of urgency.
